Ocean Avenue Capital Partners, a $1.9bn private equity fund manager focused on lower middle market and special situations investments, has closed its latest investment vehicle, Ocean Avenue Fund V at its hard cap of $600m.
Tikehau Capital, a €43.2bn ($46bn) French alternative asset management group with a €17bn private debt strategy, will launch its first private credit fund in Asia in partnership with Singapore-based brokerage firm UOB-Kay Hian.Â
European private equity major EQT has closed the largest buyout fund in the firm’s 30-year history with €22bn in total capital commitments, taking firm-wide assets to €232bn, according to a report by the Financial Times.

Secondaries market giant Coller Capital has launched its Coller Secondaries Private Equity Opportunities Fund, a tender offer fund aimed at high-net-worth investors. C-SPEF will be open for investment beginning in April 2024.Â
Lower middle market investment manager Keystone Capital Management, has held the first and final closing of its oversubscribed Keystone Fund III after just four months of fundraising at its hard cap of $630m in capital commitments.
CVC Capital Partners, a global private markets manager focused on private equity, secondaries, credit and infrastructure, has closed its sixth Asia fund, CVC Capital Partners Asia VI, with a total of $6.8bn in capital commitments.
Regenerate Asset Management, a climate change-focused asset manager that was backed by global investment manager M&G last year, has completed its first investment of €40m in its Regenerate European Sustainable Agriculture fund, to acquire two farms, which will then be combined to form Regen Blue, a scaled blueberry business based in Central and Southern Portugal.Â
