KSL Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on travel and leisure businesses, has held the final closing of a single-asset continuation vehicle for Alterra Mountain Company with total commitments of over $3bn.
Arlington Capital Partners, a US private investment firm specialising in investments in government regulated industries, has closed its latest fund, Arlington Capital Partners VI, at its hard cap of $3.8bn, making it the firm’s largest fund to date.

Bain Capital Credit, the firm’s global credit business with $45bn in AUM, has closed its latest debt vehicle, Bain Capital Middle Market Credit 2022, with commitments totalling more than $1bn, according to the Wall Street Journal.
