Huma Therapeutics Limited has completed its latest funding round with financing of approximately USD130 million. The investment will scale Huma’s modular platform which can power digital ‘hospitals at home’ nationally, and support the pharmaceutical and research industries to run the largest ever decentralized clinical trials.
Huma’s platform combines predictive algorithms, digital biomarkers and real-world data to advance proactive care and research.

The value-based private equity arm of The Riverside Company has acquired Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc (dba SCRAM Systems), a provider of technology-enabled monitoring solutions and groundbreaking offender management software for state and local judicial systems and corrections departments.
SCRAM Systems will be combined with Riverside’s LMG Holdings, Inc (LMG) platform, with its flagship brand LifeSafer, a leading provider of ignition interlock devices used to help prevent drink-driving.

Eurazeo’s small-mid buyout team has signed an exclusivity agreement with the aim of investing in I-TRACING alongside the company’s management and founders Theodore-Michel Vrangos and Laurent Charvériat, who would collectively hold 49 per cent of the company’s equity after completion of the transaction.
Keensight Capital, minority financial shareholder in the French cybersecurity specialist since 2017, would sell its entire stake while Sagard NewGen would invest as a minority shareholder in a holding company controlled by Eurazeo.
The transaction would value I-TRACING at EUR165 million. Eurazeo would become an anchor investor of the group by investing around EUR65 million.
