Nu-Heat is the leading supplier in the UK of sustainable underfloor heating solutions, air and ground source heat pumps, and other renewable heating systems.
The company was acquired through an MBO backed by Bestport and Ethos in May 2017, and the business has experienced strong turnover and margin growth in the last three years. Fecon, a portfolio company of LFM Capital, has acquired the Vermeer forestry mulcher product line and established a global distribution agreement with the company.

DW Healthcare Partners (DWHP) a healthcare-focused private equity firm, has completed its investment in Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd (Parnell).
Founded over 50 years ago in Australia, Parnell is a fully integrated manufacturer and developer of animal health pharmaceuticals focused on the US market.

Research by regional mid-market private equity firm YFM Equity Partners (YFM) has revealed a growing focus on culture and working practices, rather than simply valuation, after almost a year of interrupted working and repeated lockdowns.
