CVC has closed its CVC Capital Partners IX Fund at €26 billion, making it the largest-ever buyout fund, attracting strong demand from new and returning institutional investors.
Angelo Gordon, a $73bn alternative investment firm focused on credit and real estate investing, has held the final close of the AG Asset Based Credit Fund with over $1bn of equity commitments, exceeding its $800m target. 
Fremman Capital has held the the final closing of its debut fund, Fremman I MM and accompanying separately managed account, with over €600m in capital commitments, making it one of the largest first-time pan-European buyout fund raised since 2020.
KKA Partners, a Berlin-based private equity firm that invests in DACH based SME companies, and grows enterprises through technology enablement, has closed its second fund with €230 million in external capital commitments.
Davidson Kempner Capital Management has closed its Davidson Kempner Opportunities Fund VI, which will target investments in less liquid, longer-duration situations arising from capital dislocations, motivated sellers, and substantial asset or structural complexity, with $3bn in capital commitments. The five previous vintages of the fund have collectively invested over $10bn since the strategy’s inception in 2011. The funds are diversified across geographies, industries and investment types, including corporates, real estate, structured products, infrastructure and hard assets. DK Opportunities Fund VI is co-managed by Yoseloff and Conor Bastable, Managing Member, Global Credit, and is supported by a 113-person credit investing team
LGT Capital Partners has held the final close of Crown Growth Opportunities IV (CGR IV), the firm’s fourth global venture capital fund, with more than $930m in capital commitments – in excess of its original $750m target. 
Vertex Ventures HC, a women-led global healthcare investment firm, has launched its third and largest fund, the $200 million Fund III, which will focus on backing life sciences and medical technology companies aiming to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Alpine Investors, a Certified B-Corp private equity firm focused on investments in software and services companies, has completed fundraising for Alpine Investors IX at the fund’s hard cap of $4.5bn in limited partner capital commitments.
Shore Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on microcap investments, has closed its inaugural Industrial fund, Shore Capital Industrial Partners Fund I, and its fifth healthcare fund, Shore Capital Healthcare Partners Fund V, with a combined $643m in capital commitments.
The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has held the final close of the Riverside Value Fund I (RVF I), at its target of $350 million in capital commitments.
