Shropshire-based immersive software and technology company, Igloo Vision, has secured GBP787,000 in equity investment under the UK Government’s Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).The firm, which develops technology and software that can take any digital content and put it into a shared immersive space, will use the funding to continue the build-out of Igloo’s software suite and accelerate production of its recently-launched Igloo Immersive Media Player.

Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal), a private equity firm that specialises in investments in healthcare and specialty industrial companies, has acquired Best Value Healthcare (Best Value) in partnership with its founders: Raj Naik, MD, Kimberly Ficocelli, and Dillon Moore. Best Value is a primary care platform focused on Medicare Advantage and operating in Central and South Florida. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

British subscription-based pet wellbeing firm, ITCH, has secured GBP7.25 million in early stage investment, paving the way for it to expand into the GBP4.5 billion global pet insurance market.In a round led by YYX Capital, the personalised direct-to-consumer pet care service raised the cash injection from Accel Partners and Seedcamp, taking the total investment to GBP12.25 million.

Web hosting business, Miss Group, has acquired 100 per cent of UAB “Interneto vizija”, headquartered in Vilnius in Lithuania, including its subsidiary company UAB “Rakrėjus”.Founded in 2003, UAB “Interneto vizija” (IV) is a web hosting business with around 68,000 customers, and with 170,000 registered domains accounting for 60 per cent of all registered domains in Lithuania. Through its subsidiary company, UAB “Rakrėjus” (www.rackray.com), IV also runs a Tier III data centre based in Vilnius.
Alongside its core shared web hosting and data centre offerings, IV provides services including website development, e-mail, domain names, VPS servers and SSL certificates. The
