Warburg Pincus has agreed to make a strategic investment in GA Foods, a provider of nutritional meals serving healthcare and senior customers.
The growth investment will support future strategic initiatives including continued investments in the healthcare sector and scaling the company’s manufacturing and logistics footprint.

Private markets asset management firm Hamilton Lane has appointed longtime Managing Director Paul Yett to the role of Director of ESG & Sustainability.

Finance Durham Fund, which was established by Durham County Council and overseen by Business Durham, has invested GBP250,000 in Power Roll, a developer of ultra-low-cost and lightweight flexible film for energy generation and storage.
The investment through Finance Durham, which is managed by Maven Capital Partners (Maven), will support construction of a solar film pilot plant in County Durham, further improve the efficiency of Power Roll’s solar film technology and help commercialise its capacitor technology with its joint venture partner.
