ClearCourse Partnership, a group of technology companies providing software, services and digital capabilities to the membership, events & bookings and sports & leisure sectors backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, has acquired intelligentgolf, a web-based provider of golf club and competition management software.
The deal represents an expansion of ClearCourse’s offering into the sport & leisure industry and is the tenth company to join the Partnership since its foundation in October 2018.

Tokabet clients include betting giant BWIN, German football clubs and the German Football Association (DFB).

European venture capital firm Dawn has closed the Dawn Capital Opportunities Fund at USD125 million. The fund will see the firm double down on investments in the most promising European tech companies in Dawn’s portfolio and elsewhere, with a specific focus on C-rounds and beyond.

Following a GBP6.3 million equity investment in 2018, pioneering airspace developer Apex Airspace (Apex) has secured a further GBP3 million equity investment from BGF, the UK’s most active investor in growing businesses, to help roll out airspace developments across the UK and support business growth.
The latest wave of funding, which brings Apex’s tally to GBP22 million in 2019, will help fund the delivery of its growing pipeline of opportunities in London, Bristol and Birmingham as well as positioning the company for continued growth. Thomas H Lee Partners (THL), a private equity firm investing in growth companies, is to acquire AutoStore, a robotics and software company providing automation technology to warehouse & distribution facilities around the world.
Members of AutoStore’s senior management team and EQT, among others, will continue to hold minority positions in the Company. EQT will also remain on the Board alongside THL going forward. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close during the third quarter of 2019, have not been disclosed.

Business-to-business (B2B) auto parts trading platform Haoqipei has closed a USD60 million Series D financing round led by Access Technology Ventures, with David Yang joining the Haoqipei Board of Directors.
Additional participants in the financing included existing investors XVC Venture Capital, Jeneration Capital, DCM and SIG.
Founded in 2016 and now having raised more than USD150 million in private capital, Haoqipei is an online, technology-driven trading platform connecting vehicle repair shops with auto part suppliers. The company provides market price comparisons and online payments through its software as a service (SaaS) system, and offline warehousing and logistics services.

Xirgo Technologies (Xirgo), a portfolio company of private equity firm HKW, has acquired UAB Baltic Car Equipment (BCE) based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Founded in 2006, BCE provides a variety of fleet management solutions, including hardware and software suites for light vehicles, trucks, heavy machinery, and agricultural equipment targeting a variety of industries.
