Broadstone has acquired 3HR Benefits Consultancy, it’s third acquisition in as many months following the recently announced purchases of Liverpool-based CS Financial Solutions and Thomson Dickson Consulting located in Glasgow.
Founded in 2008, London-based 3HR Benefits Consultancy is a subsidiary of 3HR plc and provides specialist employee benefits and international private medical insurance (IPMI) support and services to more than 200 Japanese, Korean and Chinese blue chip companies in respect of their UK and European expatriate employees. AnaCap Financial Partners (AnaCap), a specialist European financial services private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in SundhedsGruppen, which consists of Dansk Sundhedssikring AS, an independent Danish private health insurance provider, and PrimaCare A/S a provider of healthcare networks.
AnaCap is acquiring the majority stake in SundhedsGruppen from the Company’s Founders, who will retain a minority.
SundhedsGruppen, provides health insurance and claims management services to clients’ employees and has built a market-leading technological infrastructure that also white labels to other providers in adjunct insurance areas.

Siemplify, an independent provider of security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR), has secured USD30 million in Series C funding led by Georgian Partners.
Siemplify will use these new funds to drive significant expansion of its global go-to-market strategy, as well as further enhance its market-leading security operations platform. Siemplify’s existing investors – 83North, G20 Ventures and Jump Capital – also participated in the round. The Series C investment brings Siemplify’s total funding to date to USD58 million, a testament to the company’s growing dominance in the SOAR space.

Lovell Minnick Partners, a private equity firm specialising in financial and related business services companies, is to sell JS Held, a global consulting firm focused on the construction industry and insurance claim management, to private equity firm Kelso & Co.
Financial terms of the private transaction have not been disclosed.

Five Point Energy, a private-equity firm focused exclusively on the midstream energy sector, has sold a minority equity stake in WaterBridge Resources (WaterBridge) to affiliates of GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.
The minority equity position was acquired from funds affiliated with Five Point Energy and WaterBridge management. The transaction has closed and is not subject to any additional conditions. The purchase price implies a WaterBridge enterprise value of approximately USD2.8 billion.

Bowmark Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, is to sell Aston Lark, an independent insurance broker, to Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division.
Completion of the transaction is expected to occur following receipt of approvals from the Financial Conduct Authority and the Central Bank of Ireland, and antitrust approval.

Triple Point Venture Fund has led a GBP1.3 million investment in UK-based messaging company Augnet Limited (Augnet) alongside a number of industry experts.
The funds will be used by Augnet to further develop the platform, support the testing stage and invest in its sales and marketing channels.

Guernsey’s Green Finance initiative was a big draw at last week’s Guernsey Funds Forum event in London (16 May) which saw more than 500 finance professionals from the City and beyond gather to hear about the Island’s funds offering.
The Ogier-sponsored event was the tenth annual conference for the Guernsey Funds industry in London. Group Partner Tim Clipstone, who attended the event as part of the Ogier contingent, says that Green Finance, the Private Investment Fund and the Island’s long-established track record on listed funds had been particularly strong talking points.
