Simudyne, a simulation technology company, has closed a USD6 million Series A fundraise, led by Barclays alongside a distinguished set of institutions.
The new funding round includes Graphene Ventures, an early investor in Snap and Lyft, and Gauss Ventures, whose team were early investors in Revolut and Tandem, bringing total capital raised since Simudyne was formed to USD10 million.

Amberjack, a UK specialist in designing and delivering Early Careers and large scale recruitment programmes for blue chip organisations, has secured a GBP17.6million investment from mid-market private equity investor LDC.
Based in Berkshire, Amberjack provides its specialist services and software products to many of the UK’s largest employers, with a particular focus on Early Careers candidates – specifically graduates, school leavers and apprenticeship programmes. It uses proprietary cloud-based software tools to automate processes, manage application volumes and provide data driven insights to help assess and select candidates and also provide a professional experience to candidates. Intermediate Capital Group’s Europe VII Fund has, in partnership with Mérieux Equity Partners and DOC Generici’s management team, agreed to invest in Doc Generici, one of Italy’s largest independent generic pharmaceutical companies – subject to antitrust approval.
DOC Generici provides drugs for the treatment of common medical conditions with a broad product portfolio and a strong presence in areas including cardiovascular, gastrointestinal/metabolism and neurological treatments. The Company operates an asset- light model and benefits from a consolidated network of suppliers.

Private investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) is to acquire a majority equity interest in IT solutions integrator Sirius.
With USD3.5 billion in annual gross sales, Sirius provides world-class solutions from proven technologies helping clients transform their business by managing their operations, optimising their IT, and securing it all.
