Gen II has appointed Paul Spendiff as Head of Business Development, Europe, as the private capital fund administrator continues to focus on the evolution of its transatlantic services capabilities.
Working closely with the Gen II senior leadership team, Spendiff will be responsible for leading the ongoing growth and development of the business across its European jurisdictions, building on its reputation for delivering high quality, solution-driven services for private capital asset managers and investors worldwide.
With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, and particular expertise in asset management, Spendiff joins Gen II from a global financial services provider where he was Global Head of Fund Sales with responsibility for developing and overseeing the firm’s global sales strategy.
