Goodhart Partners (Goodhart), an independent “multi-boutique” asset manager, has, through its Volunteer Park Capital Fund (Volunteer Park), taken a minority stake in Syntaxis, a provider of private credit in Central Europe.
Syntaxis’s leadership team has been working together for over 20 years, and the firm is currently investing its third private debt fund, Syntaxis New Europe Fund SCSp.
