GP Fund Solutions (GPFS), a provider of fund services to global private equity, private debt and real asset investment managers has received authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) to offer regulated fund admin in Ireland.
Operations at GPFS Ireland will be led by industry veteran Vincent Allen’s ho has over 20 years experience in servicing global fund vehicles.
Jay Godbole, who has been with GPFS since 2021, has also been prompted to the position of Global Head, Client Operations, and will initially be based in the firm’s UK office with responsibility for coordinating global client operations.
Ravi Nevile, meanwhile, who has previously led GPFS’ UK operations and played a founding role in building out the firm’s European platform, has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer of GPFS International.
