Graycliff Partners has completed the acquisition of Sweeteners Plus (Sweeteners), a manufacturer and distributor of essential liquid and dry sweeteners for quick service restaurant, specialty beverage, bakery, confectionery, and pharmaceutical customers, among others.
Based in Lakeville NY, Sweeteners processes bulk sugar into a diverse range of products including bagged white and brown sugars, organic products, liquid sucrose, and corn syrups.
Direct access to long-haul rail lines and a company-owned fleet of trucks enable Sweeteners to provide quick and efficient delivery to its customers.
