An affiliate of HIG Capital (HIG), a global private equity investment firm with USD22 billion of equity capital under management, has acquired NCI, a diversified IT and professional services company that provides software development, information assurance, IT system engineering and modernisation and other enterprise IT solutions primarily to the US Department of Defence, Intelligence Community, and federal health and civilian agencies.
