New York-based High Road Capital Partners has appointed Nicholas W Martino as partner and Eojin Lee as vice president.
“I’m pleased to welcome Nick and Eojin to the High Road team,” says Bob Fitzsimmons, managing partner of High Road Capital Partners. “I believe they will be tremendous assets to the firm. They join at an exciting time, as we recently marked our tenth anniversary and we continue to grow.”

He serves on the boards of directors of High Road portfolio companies SMB Machinery Systems and Midwest Wholesale Hardware.
Martino has held executive positions in public- and private-sector organizations and led operating performance improvement in private equity backed turnaround assignments. Prior to joining High Road, Martino served as group president at ITW, where he managed a portfolio of businesses in more than a dozen countries. Martino actively serves on the governing board of his regional United Way office.
Lee joins High Road as a vice president and is responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company oversight.
