Leonardo & Co, in association with Houlihan Lokey, has established an Advisory Board with the appointment of Gianni Mion and Roberto Poli as Senior Advisors.
The Advisory Board will contribute, with the support of Mion and Poli’s expertise, to the continued growth of the firm and consolidating its market positioning.
Mion served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Edizione Holding S.p.A, the holding company for the Benetton family, from 1986 to 2012 and has served as its Executive Vice-Chairman since 2012 until recently. He currently serves on several boards of directors.
Poli served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENI from 2002 to 2011. He has been a consultant for some of the most important private and publicly-owned companies in Italy, international groups and large family-owned Italian companies. He is also a consultant for various Authorities, Ministries and Public bodies. Poli also currently serves on a number of boards of directors.
Houlihan Lokey (HLI) is a global investment bank with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, valuation, and strategic consulting. In 2015, Houlihan Lokey acquired the investment banking operations of Leonardo & Co in Germany, Benelux, and Spain, and entered into a joint venture with the management team of Leonardo & Co in Italy.
