IK Partners’ (IK) IK Small Cap III Fund has acquired DA Languages Ltd (DAL) from Foresight Group (Foresight), a listed infrastructure and private equity investment manager.
The incumbent management team, led by Managing Director Matthew Taylor, as well as the founder, Actar Arya, will be reinvesting in the business.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
