Intertrust has four new client-facing directors following a recent set of promotions within the firm.
Roger Bolan, Alex Di Santo, Shane Hugill and Stephen Langan have all been promoted to directors across Intertrust’s private wealth, funds, capital markets and performance & reward management service lines.
As a Chartered Secretary with 22 years’ experience in the private client industry, Bolan has been promoted to a director within the Jersey private wealth team. He acts as a professional trustee and director on a wide range of structures for a large portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Di Santo has been promoted to director of funds. He is responsible for driving growth, the delivery of client service and operational excellence across the funds business in Jersey, as well as overseeing the administration of a wide range of buyout, venture, debt and real estate fund structures. Di Santo, a qualified Chartered Secretary & Administrator, has 12 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry, with particular expertise in onshore and offshore private equity funds.
Hugill has been promoted to director of performance & reward management which houses three specialist teams; share plans, pensions and deferred compensation plans. With 15 years’ experience specialising in the tax aspects, administration and trusteeship of share plans, his focus will remain on share plans while also concentrating on business development and raising performance & reward management's profile and accessibility across the Intertrust group globally.
Langan has been promoted to director of the capital markets team in Jersey, which provides administration, agency and ancillary services to vehicles established for debt capital markets and asset finance transactions. He qualified as a Jersey solicitor (non-practising) in 2008 and is also an associate of ICSA, with over 15 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry. Langan is responsible for the performance of the team in Jersey together with driving organic growth and leveraging the cross selling opportunities that the wider Intertrust group presents.
