Inverness Graham, a private investment firm focused on high growth, innovative manufacturing, technology and services companies, has made three promotions – Chris Frystock to Vice President, Matt Moran to Principal, Head of Business Development and Sean Dougherty to Vice President, Executive Partnerships & Direct Sourcing.

Since joining Inverness Graham in 2011, Frystock has been responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions, and working with management teams post-acquisition. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Frystock worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Boenning & Scattergood, Inc.
Moran joined Inverness Graham in 2010. He is responsible for managing the business development function of the firm, which includes sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Moran was an analyst at Laurel Capital Partners, a growth equity and micro-cap buyout firm.
In 2014, Dougherty joined Inverness Graham to manage Inverness Graham’s relationships with Industry Executive Partners, as well as lead the direct sourcing effort. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Sean was an Assistant Vice President in the New York City office of FBR Capital Markets, a middle-market investment bank where he worked in Institutional Equity Sales & Trading. Prior to FBR, Dougherty was an Associate at UBS.
