Keyhaven Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on the European lower mid-market, has promoted Vignesh Kumaravel to Investment Director, Michael Haddad to Head of Investor Relations and Mehreen Saleem to Senior Fund Accountant.
In his new role, Kumaravel will be responsible for leading the investment process, including the sourcing, analysis, monitoring and exiting of investments. Prior to joining Keyhaven in 2021, Kumaravel was Associate at Kester Capital, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Haddad will be responsible for managing all aspects of investor relations and fundraising, and the firm’s media and PR strategy. He will also build and lead a team focused on investor relations, business development and media management. Haddad joined Keyhaven in 2018 from his previous Strategy Analyst role at Nomura, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Finally, Saleem will manage the firm’s back office and finance functions, as well as administration of Keyhaven’s funds.
