KOGER launches new Chinese-language capability for investor statements

KOGER, provider of the NTAS platform for fund administration and compliance, is now offering Chinese-language capability for investor statements.

More than 8,000 funds with USD2 trillion in assets are administered through NTAS, used by many of the largest asset managers, fund administrators and financial institutions. With this new product innovation, hedge funds and private equity funds can provide statements to Chinese investors in their native language.
“Today most fund managers have investor bases that span the globe. Our platform makes complex processes easy to manage and increases efficiency for fund administrators, asset managers and financial institutions. We felt it was important to offer this functionality for clients, and we are targeting additional capability for statements in other languages,” said Ras Sipko, KOGER Chief Operating Officer.
KOGER’s NTAS software platform is a share registry system that manages fund tracking, reporting and fee calculation. NTAS handles daily transfer agency record-keeping, investor registration, cash management, trade processing, compliance, reporting and fee processing. The NTAS platform and its complementary product suite support all types of investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, money market funds and pension funds.
The NTAS software is designed as a comprehensive fund administration platform that can scale easily to support all sizes of funds, with features and modules to meet the changing needs and requirements of asset managers.
“KOGER has worked with the investment industry for more than 20 years. We continue to innovate so our software provides clients with best-of-breed technology and an easy user experience. We have one integrated platform that doesn’t involve any effort by funds to deploy the exact functionality they need for administration and compliance. We just turn on a different module depending on what clients require.” Sipko says.
