Noerr has advised private equity funds advised by Orlando Management AG on the sale of the Oetinger Aluminium Group to a financial investor, with a team led by private equity partner Georg Schneider. Oetinger was acquired by MTC OE GmbH, which is held by Metal Trade Comax, a Czech company specialising in coated sheet metal.   Oetinger is a leading supplier of aluminium casting alloys whose workforce of 300 produces around 180,000 tonnes of alloys a year at its plants in Weißenhorn and Neu-Ulm. Private markets asset manager Portfolio Advisors (PA) has closed its third private equity secondary fund, Portfolio Advisors Secondary Fund III (PASF III), at USD1.5 billion in limited partner commitments. The fund, which had an original target of USD1 billion, was oversubscribed and reached its hard cap due to strong support from new and existing limited partners from around the globe.
