Broadview Group Holdings (Broadview), a specialist in direct middle-market investing, has partnered with Carlson Private Capital (CPC) on its investment in Millennium along with management and other co-investors. Based in Delavan, WI and founded in 2004, Millennium is a value-added distributor and service provider to the broadband infrastructure and related industries. The Company provides products and solutions to over 2,500 active customers comprised of networks, contractors, DOTs, municipalities, and utilities. Global investment firm 3G Capital is to acquire a controlling interest in Hunter Douglas, a specialist in window coverings and a major manufacturer of architectural products, from controlling shareholder Ralph Sonnenberg based on a value of EUR175 per Ordinary Share, which values the company at approximately USD7.1 billion. The Sonnenberg Family will continue to hold a 25 per cent interest in Hunter Douglas, pro forma for the new capital structure. The Board of Directors of Hunter Douglas, represented only by its Independent Directors, unanimously supports the transaction and has entered into a separate agreement with 3G Capital and Ralph Sonnenberg
Golden Bear Physical Therapy – a holding of private equity firm Shore Capital Partners – has acquired Cleburne Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation (dba Real Performance Physical Therapy). With two locations in Cleburne, Texas, and founded in 1988, Cleburne Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation (Cleburne), is a full-service outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy practice. The Company, was advised by Generational Equity on the transaction.  Golden Bear Physical Therapy, located in Modesto, California, is committed to building a premier network of physical therapy and wellness services in the Western United States.  Shore Capital Partners focuses on ‘founder friendly’ investments (Shore).
Private equity firm Nolan Capital has acquired a majority stake in Coastal Farm & Ranch, a North West USA ranch and country lifestyle retailer. As part of the deal, Coastal has transitioned to a new ownership group with Nolan Capital as the majority partner.   Nolan Capital is a family office founded, owned and operated by Peter Nolan to make long-term investments on behalf of his family. International web hosting business, Miss Group, has completed the acquisition of Swiss web hosting provider, Webland. Perwyn, a family-backed private equity business, acquired a majority position in Miss Group in February 2020 to support the growth ambitions of the business through international expansion and ongoing M&A. The acquisition of Webland is the fifth to be completed by Miss Group in 2021, as part of its ongoing buy-and-build strategy and will strengthen revenue and EBITDA growth for the Group in the Swiss market and the DACH region.   In addition, Miss Group has signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement with another

O’Melveny has represented outdoor griddle company Blackstone Products in its business combination agreement with Ackrell SPAC Partners I Co (Nasdaq: AKIU) which will result in Blackstone becoming a publicly traded company. The transaction was announced on 23 December and implies a combined company pro forma enterprise value of USD900 million. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022, subject to closing conditions. Upon closing, the combined company will be renamed Blackstone Products, Inc and expects to apply to be listed on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “BLKS”. Ackrell SPAC Partners I Co. is a

CORE Industrial Partners (CORE), a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market manufacturing, industrial technology, and industrial service companies, has completed the initial listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) of Fathom Digital Manufacturing Corp. (Fathom), a specialist in on-demand digital manufacturing and 3D printing services, through the completion of a business combination with Altimar Acquisition Corp II (Altimar), a special purpose acquisition company.
CenterOak Partners (CenterOak), a Dallas-based private equity firm, and its affiliate CenterOak Equity Fund I, have sold Vivify Specialty Ingredients (Vivify), a supplier of specialty colorants and functional ingredients to customers in the personal care & cosmetics, food & beverage, packaging, plastics, coatings and seed treatment industries. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   Vivify, which serves customers in over 50 countries, offers solutions such as technical product specifications and formulations, sourcing difficult-to-find additives, product quality monitoring, and just-in-time inventory. Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in midmarket companies, has acquired TTG Imaging Solutions, a US provider of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging solutions. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, TTG offers end-to-end solutions for cardiology and oncology customers that use diagnostic imaging equipment. Through a nationwide network of field service engineers, TTG offers equipment, maintenance and repair services, clinical staffing, and radiopharmaceutical products.
