MUFG Investor Services, the global asset servicing group of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, has gained all regulatory approvals for its acquisition of Capital Analytics, the private equity administration business of Neuberger Berman Group. The deal, which is now closed, is part of MUFG Investor Services’ strategy to become a global industry-leading fund administrator and brings its private equity and real estate assets under administration (AUA) to USD145billion, and total AUA to USD384billion. Six Degrees Group (6DG) has acquired application hosting provider Insite Limited, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics AX hosting and managed services in the Cloud. Insite specialises in hosting and managing business-critical applications based on Microsoft technologies. Established in 1994, Insite owns and operates its own tier 3 aligned data centre where it hosts private cloud infrastructure, dedicated to each client, upon which it builds tailored platforms to operate ERP and CRM platforms, predominantly but not exclusively for Microsoft applications.    With customers spanning both private and public sectors, Insite regards IT security as being absolutely intrinsic to its business and
European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital is to acquire a majority stake in the aerospace division of Avingtrans Plc, a UK precision engineering components manufacturer for the commercial aerospace sector.   Sigma is being bought for an enterprise value of GBP65.0 million and its existing management, led by its founding CEO, Mark Johnson will acquire a minority interest.  Completion of the transaction is subject to Avingtrans Plc shareholder approval and regulatory approvals from the German and Austrian competition authorities.  Sigma operates from four sites in the UK and two sites in China employing approximately 750 people and serves global aerospace
Weil, Gotshal & Manges (Weil) is advising Bain Capital and Advent International on the EUR1.1 billion acquisition by Mercury UK Holdco Limited, the current majority shareholder of Istituto Centrale delle Banche Popolari Italiane’s (ICBPI), of Setefi Services (Setefi Processing) and Intesa Sanpaolo Card (ISP Card) from Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo. Setefi Processing, based in Milan, is a payment processing platform of Intesa Sanpaolo in Italy, one of Europe’s leading banking groups and Italy’s number one commercial bank. ISP Card is the payment processing platform of Intesa Sanpaolo’s CEE business and operated in nine countries including Hungary, Slovenia, Romania and Croatia.
Monroe Capital has acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior secured credit facility to support the refinancing of Solterra Recycling Solutions (Solterra), a portfolio company of Roark Capital. Based in Ewing, New Jersey, Solterra provides non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste and recycling collection and hauling services. The company serves over 30 municipalities, 400,000 residential households and 2,000 commercial customers throughout central and north New Jersey and in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Noerr has advised Payleven Holding on the merger of the Payleven group with the SumUp group, both mobile payment providers. The combined company will operate under the name SumUp. The merger is intended to accelerate the international growth of both businesses. All former shareholders in SumUp and Payleven will remain shareholders in the combined holding entity. A team led by Felix Blobel, a Berlin based Partner and Venture Capital specialist acted on behalf of Payleven. Felix Blobel already advised Payleven in connection with a Series D Financing Round in the course of which Seventure Partners joined Payleven as new investor.
