Ontario Teachers', the largest single-profession pension plan in Canada, is to acquire a significant minority interest in OGF, a funeral services provider in France, from Pamplona Capital Management. Pamplona, which remains the majority shareholder, has sold 30 per cent of OGF to Ontario Teachers’, which intends to increase its stake to over 40 per cent over time. The initial transaction is expected to close on 25 September 2015. SFX Entertainment has secured USD60 million in new financing and refinanced its existing USD30 million revolving credit facility, securing capital for new initiatives and operating and working capital needs. Clive Christian, a UK-based luxury interiors and fragrance brand, has been acquired by EME Investments 5, a private equity firm backed by a consortium of investors including Sir Brian Souter, Ann Gloag, EME Capital and Perscitus Advisers. The investment, which will see the founder, Clive Christian OBE, dispose of a majority stake in his eponymous company, will accelerate momentum and expansion in the business renowned for its fragrances and luxury interiors ranges. The international commercial law firm Noerr has advised recipe kit delivery service Hello Fresh on a financing round. Hello Fresh was valued at EUR 2.6 billion in the context of the transaction. In this round of financing, international funds advised by the Scottish asset management Baillie Gifford invested EUR75 million in the rapidly growing Berlin company.   Ass well as Germany, Hello Fresh also operates the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Australia and the USA.

Mid-market private equity firm LDC has backed the management buyout of UK based shower brand Aqualisa for an undisclosed price from Sankaty Advisors, LLC, the credit affiliate of Bain Capital, and RBS.  Aqualisa designs and manufactures a range of digital, mixer and electric showers and accessories, retailing through builders' merchants, distributors, specifiers, and showrooms.  Founded in the 1970s, Aqualisa’s patented, bi-metallic shower valve, which reduces limescale build-up, revolutionised the market in the 1980s and is still manufactured by the company today.  It also launched the first digital shower in 2001 and introduced new wireless remote technology in 2005.   As
