Funds managed by The Private Equity Group of Ares Management and Harvest Partners have acquired Valet Waste from investment funds affiliated with New Mountain Capital, LLC. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Based in Tampa, Valet Waste is a leading national provider of value-added amenity services to the multifamily housing industry. European financial service private equity firm AnaCap’s third credit fund AnaCap Credit Opportunities III has completed the acquisition of EUR1.2 billion of non- performing loans (NPLs) from Italian lender UniCredit Group.
Under the terms of the agreement, the AnaCap fund will acquire 100 per cent of the portfolio.
The acquisition refers to the Trevi 3 portfolio, which comprises secured and unsecured bankruptcy and other enforcement claims against primarily SME borrowers. In October 2014, AnaCap funds acquired a similar portfolio of non- performing loans from UniCredit, totalling claims of EUR1.9 billion, which was the largest transaction of its kind in
KSL Capital Partners has completed the final closing of its latest travel and leisure focused private equity fund, KSL Capital Partners IV, with total commitments of USD2.677 billion, including the commitment of the General Partner.
Fund IV took less than a year to raise, with demand from both existing and new investors significantly surpassing the Fund’s original target amount of USD2.25 billion. Investors in KSL IV include a diverse group of state pension funds, corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and family offices.

Peter Thiel and Amadeus Capital Partners (Amadeus) invested earlier this year in a bridge loan that has now fully converted into Series C equity. Existing shareholders Värde Partners, HPE Growth Capital and Blumberg Capital also participated in the round. The company is in advanced discussions for a final closing that could increase the Series C round to over EUR 100 million.

Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity investment firm, has held the official close of its fifth buyout fund with USD1.3 billion in committed capital.
The fund, Accel-KKR Capital Partners V, will continue Accel-KKR's long-term focused strategy of investing in lower-middle market and middle-market software and IT-enabled services companies.
Accel-KKR says the fund received strong support from its investors in prior funds, as well as attracted a number of new investors.

CapX Partners (CapX) has closed a loan facility that can grow to USD100 million to support the growth needs of Ziosk, creator of the restaurant industry’s first ordering, entertainment and pay-at-the-table tablet.
The funds will be used to support agreements with Olive Garden and other restaurant brands to deploy Ziosk tablets across the US.

Australasian perr-to-peer lending marketplace Harmoney Corp has completed a USD200 million funding round, led by P2P Global Investments (P2PGI) managed by Eaglewood Europe – a subsidiary of alternative asset manager Marshall Wace.
The agreement includes both equity and debt, with P2PGI also signing an agreement for USD200m of lending capital for Harmoney's marketplace. P2PGI will purchase loans from the Harmoney marketplace* up to USD200m over the next three years across both the New Zealand and Australian markets.
Harmoney closed a Series A financing round in January 2015 led by Trade Me Limited. That transaction valued Harmoney at USD55m. Since
