ShopFully Group, headquartered in Italy where it operates under the national brand DoveConviene, has received EUR10 million funding from Highland Capital Partners Europe.
The round takes the company’s total funding to over EUR20 million in three years – previous investment was received from Principia SGR, 360 Capital Partners and Merifin.

Happn, a dating app that connects people the moment their paths cross, has closed a USD14 million Series B funding round led by Idinvest with participation from Alven Capital, DN Capital, Raine Ventures and private individuals Fabrice Grinda, David Wolfson and Gil Penchina.
To date, the company has raised a total of USD22 million. The new funding round will be used to drive expansion into Asia and grow its presence in its existing markets.

Wells Fargo’s Global Fund Services has launched Fund View, an operational system for managing and analysing the middle- and back-office operations, fund accounting, and regulatory and investor servicing functions of hedge funds and private equity funds.

Victory Park Capital (VPC), an asset management firm focused on middle market debt and equity investments, has provided a USD50 million senior secured credit facility to Access Integrated Healthcare (AIH), a provider of diagnostic imaging services to specialty sectors including workers’ compensation and personal injury.
The facility will finance the expansion of AIH’s business.
AIH is led by Manel Sweetmore, CEO, and James Castro, executive vice president of Strategy and Corporate Development, and has grown to become one of the largest providers of diagnostic imaging services to the underserved out-of-network workers’ compensation market. In addition to VPC’s credit facility,
MMKT Exchange, a secure digital exchange that introduces efficiency, liquidity and transparency to the middle market loan syndication process, closed a USD5.9MM round of funding on.
The round was led by QED Investors, with Victory Park Capital, Fifth Street Asset Management Inc, Vikram Pandit, Ron Suber and other strategic high net worth and institutional investors also participating.

The AnaCap funds have received regulatory approval from the KNF for the acquisition of FM Bank PBP (FM Bank), a retail and SME bank in Poland.
Under the terms of the agreement, on completion AnaCap funds will acquire 100 per cent of FM Bank – which will become the 5th European bank in AnaCap’s portfolio – for an undisclosed sum. Completion is expected to occur in October.
