Red Rocks Capital’s Global Listed Private Equity (GLPE) finished the second quarter of 2015 up 5.59 per cent, compared to 0.47 per cent for the MSCI World Index.
For the first two quarters of 2015, the GLPE index is up 11.20 per cent, compared to 2.97 per cent for the MSCI World Index, as strong performance from near-record exit activities from index constituents in Europe and North America overcame both continued Euro and Greece currency concerns as well as negative currency impacts of the a strong US Dollar.

IK Investment Partners (IK) is to acquire Auxiga Group, a French and Belgian leader of pledge inventory services. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

High Road Capital Partners has acquired Cali Bamboo in what is the fifth platform acquisition for High Road Capital Partners Fund II. The transaction closed on 10 July, 2015.

Private equity fund manager Horizon Capital has acquired a stake in Rozetka, an e-commerce company based in Ukraine. The funding for the deal comes from Horizon Capital’s Emerging Europe Growth Fund II (EEGF II). Fnancial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Private equity firm Waterland Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Napoleon Games, a Belgian specialist in gaming and sports betting.
Napoleon Games was founded in the ‘50s and has grown into the Belgian market leader in the gaming sector.
