Polaris Private Equity has acquired TRIAX, a provider of solutions for the reception and distribution of TV, radio and internet, from Nielsen & Nielsen Holding.
TRIAX’ products and solutions are used by broadcasters, cable operators, local networks and private households.

ClusterSeven, a provider of solutions to manage corporate spreadsheets and other end-user computing (EUC), has secured new finance from private equity firm Azini Capital Partners (Azini).
Azini has acquired 100 per cent of ClusterSeven and will be providing additional investment to promote high quality and wider customer engagement.

Convene, a network of urban meeting centres and integrated workplace amenity services, has raised USD15.5 million of equity in a Series B financing.
The financing will set the stage for the company's continued expansion in New York City and the Mid-Atlantic region and introduce expanded workplace service offerings.
This latest funding round represents the largest capital raise for Convene to date, and was led by Conversion Venture Capital, a new investor, along with Boathouse Capital, an existing investor, which also participated in the current round. Between 2003 and May 2015, a total of 21 real estate secondaries funds attained a final close, securing an aggregate USD10.1 billion; almost two-thirds of this capital was secured by just five managers.

Constitution Capital Partners has raised USD823 million in private equity commitments with the final close of the Ironsides III Private Equity Partnership/Co-Investment Funds and related segregated mandates.
As with its predecessor fund, Ironsides III will focus on investments in primary funds with USD200 million to USD1.5 billion in commitments and direct co-investments with enterprise values between USD100 million and USD1 billion. To date, Ironsides III has completed seven direct co-investments and three fund investments.

The round was led by Domain Associates and included participation from all of Milestone's existing investors including Fonds de solidarité FTQ (FSTQ), Pappas Ventures, BDC Capital, GO Capital, and iNovia Capital. SunEdison has completed a USD335 million private placement of membership interests in TerraForm Global, an indirect subsidiary of SunEdison formed to own and operate contracted clean power generation assets in emerging markets.
Additionally, TerraForm Global, an indirect subsidiary of SunEdison, entered into a stock purchase agreement for the sale of USD67.5 million of its Class A common stock in a private placement, conditioned upon the closing of its initial public offering.
