Blue Point Capital Partners has acquired Brimar Industries, a vertically integrated manufacturer and purveyor of high-quality safety signs, pipe markers, valve tags and parking and traffic signs.
Founded in 1988 and based in Garfield, New Jersey, Brimar serves customers primarily through its proprietary e-commerce websites, such as SafetySign.com and
PipeMarker.com.

As part of the agreement, H4’s Chairman and Co-founder Joe Seifert will join Arteria AI’s team as a senior advisor.

Cennox, a portfolio company of York Capital Management’s private equity group (York Private Equity), has acquired FireKing Safety and Security (FireKing), a US-based financial safe and services business previously owned by Pfingsten Partners.
The deal enables Cennox to enter the traditional and smart safe manufacturing business, and further expands its deployment and maintenance services across FireKing’s 1,000-plus customers. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Golub Capital acted as Administrative Agent and Joint Lead Arranger on a USD1 billion GOLD facility to finance the merger of 2020 Technologies (2020) and Compusoft by Genstar Capital and TA Associates.
GOLD financings are Golub Capital One-Loan Debt facilities. The GOLD facility was funded using a combination of US dollars, Canadian dollars, British pounds sterling and eurodollars.
