Glennmont Partners has completed the acquisition of three operating wind farms with a total capacity of 25MW from Diamond Wind Europe and Green Power Development Holding.
The acquisition comprises three wind farms (11MW, 8MW and 6MW respectively) located in the Nord region of France. The sites are located in one of the strongest wind resource areas in the country.

Oakley Capital Private Equity II has acquired a significant majority of the shares in the European companies owned and operated by Damovo II Sarl.
Matthew Riley, founder of Daisy Group, will be investing alongside Fund II and will lead the businesses as Executive Chairman.
The businesses that have been acquired are: Damovo’s operations in Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium and Damovo’s Global Services business (collectively, Damovo Europe).

FF&P Private Equity (FPE), has backed the management buy-out of the human capital management software business, Kallidus Holdings Limited (Kallidus).
FPE has invested alongside the existing management team and will take a majority stake in the business.

WestBridge Capital has completed its first exit from the WestBridge SME Fund, releasing its 34 per cent stake in software company Kallidus Holdings Limited (formerly e2train) via a secondary buyout to FF&P Private Equity.
The deal achieves a 3.7 multiple return for WestBridge investors, and an IRR of 32 per cent over five years.
Kallidus, which is headquartered in Cirencester, supplies human capital management software to mid-market European companies and public sector organisations.

Seaborn Networks (Seaborn) and Natixis have closed the debt financing for Seabras-1, a new subsea fibre optic cable system between the commercial and financial centres of Brazil and the US.
Natixis acted as sole Structuring Bank, Underwriter, and Mandated Lead Arranger for the senior debt facilities. Jersey has affirmed its position as a leading centre for companies looking to list, with the volume and value of Jersey companies listed on exchanges around the world rising significantly in the past 12 months, according to figures collated by Jersey Finance.
The latest figures show that there are now a total of 110 Jersey companies listed on exchanges around the world, reflecting growth of 13% on 2013 figures, whilst the total market capitalisation of those companies rose by around 62% year-on-year to GBP269 billion in 2014.

Mid-stage private equity firm enVision Capital has acquired a stake in Laramie, Wyoming-based technology firm, KB Enterprises, LLC.
KB Enterprises is an innovative driven company that is working on numerous breakthrough technologies, including a new method for grain fumigation to replace the use of highly toxic methyl bromide, which is currently used in today's fumigation processes.

Private equity firm ACE & Company has sold its stake in Moulin d’Or, a Tunisian baked goods manufacturer, to strategic investor Supreme Group.
The firm invested alongside the Abraaj Group, a leading private equity investor, in Moulin d’Or in late 2012.
Moulin d’Or sold more than 200 million cakes in 2014. The company has over 50% market share of Tunisia’s baked goods sector and has also become a leading muffin producer, dominating the country’s fastest growing industry segment.

Alternative investment specialist Investcorp is to acquire Fritta, a specialist producer of intermediates for the ceramic industry, from financial investor Nazca Private Equity.
The acquisition is subject to Spanish competition authorities clearance.
Established in 1973 in Onda, Spain, Fritta produces ceramic frits and glazes as well as ceramic colours and inkjet inks, all critical intermediate products in the manufacturing of ceramic tiles. The Company’s global activities are supported by two frits manufacturing plants in Spain and Vietnam and two glaze mixing units in Italy and Mexico. SMEs turned increasingly to financial markets in 2014, with companies backed by Euronext subsidiary EnterNext raising a total of EUR9 billion on Euronext’s pan-European markets.
This included shares and bonds in both primary and second trading, and is the highest figure raised in several years. A resurgence in IPOs, combined with hard work by EnterNext teams, resulted in 31 SME listings that raised EUR740 million. Investors were enthusiastic, with issues oversubscribed 2.6 times on average. Secondary capital raising through equities and bonds was also lively, rising from EUR5.7 billion in 2013 to EUR8.2 billion in 2014.
