Galleon is the first strategic add-on acquisition since the formation of Spectra. Spectra is a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, forming the company in February 2021 by simultaneously merging three defense technology businesses.

INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund portfolio company Eco Baltia, the largest environmental and waste management group in the Baltics, with backing from the European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), has completed a deal to acquire an 85 per cent stake in the leading Lithuanian environmental solutions company, Ecoservice.
The 85 per cent stake was acquired from BaltCap Private Equity Fund II (BPEF II). Financing for the transaction on the amount above EUR20 million was provided by Luminor, the third-largest provider of financial services in the Baltics. Harris Williams, a global investment bank specialising in M&A advisory services, has advised RQM+, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners (DFW) and Chartwell Investments Entrepreneur & Founder Capital (Chief Capital), on its sale to Linden Capital Partners (Linden).
RQM+ provides regulatory and quality consulting and engineering for medical devices, in vitro diagnostics and combination products. The transaction was led by Paul Hepper, Nick Owens and Nathan Robertson of the Harris Williams Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Group.
