Legend Capital has closed the LC Healthcare Continued Fund I, having raised USD270 million for a secondary transaction that involves healthcare portfolios of two older vintage funds.  The fund provides liquidity and helped to enhance returns for existing investors while maximising the value of the fund’s portfolio with new follow-on capital. Kirkland & Ellis has advised Tele Columbus AG on a capital increase of EUR475 million. The capital increase was registered with the commercial register of the Company on 12 May, 2021. Private capital platform iSTOX is rebranding as ADDX as it enters a phase of fast-paced growth. The digital securities exchange will facilitate more issuance deals – at least 20 this year, more than double the number of deals completed in 2020.  Among these issuance deals are new product lines, including private equity (such as pre-IPO unicorns), structured products, products that provide exposure to cryptocurrencies, as well as commercial papers.
