LFM Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market manufacturing and industrial services businesses, has sold Medix Specialty Vehicles (Medix) to Demers Braun Crestline (DBC), a subsidiary of Demers Braun Ambulance Manufacturer.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Medix, based in Elkhart, Indiana, designs and manufactures ambulances that are utilised to provide essential services such as emergency response and patient transport. Global software investor Hg has made an investment in AUVESY, a global provider of version control and change management software solutions for automated industrial environments.
As part of the transaction, the AUVESY management team will maintain a significant investment in the business whilst the former majority owner Brockhaus Private Equity has fully exited its position. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and the transaction is subject to completion.

Maverix Private Equity has appointed SS&C GlobeOp as fund administrator for its inaugural growth equity fund.
Maverix will use SS&C GlobeOp’s full suite of private capital fund services to support the Maverix Growth Equity Fund, including its fund accounting, investor services, reporting and data analytics. Founded in 2019 by a team of live streaming and marketing professionals, inSTREAMLY has built a platform that enables all streamers – regardless of size – access to brands and to participate and execute sponsorships.
