Lafayette Square, an impact-driven, minority-owned investment platform, has appointed Seren Tahiroglu as Chief Financial Officer of the firm’s credit strategy. Tahiroglu, who joins from Ernst & Young LLP, will oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for the firm’s credit platform. CenterOak Partners LLC (CenterOak), a Dallas-based private equity firm, today announced the closing of CenterOak Equity Fund II (Fund II) with total equity commitments of USD690 million.
