Hornetsecurity Group, a cloud email security provider, has made its second acquisition this year – email protection specialist Zerospam, which comes hot on the heels of its acquisition of worldwide backup solution provider Altaro in January.
Zerospam is a fast-growing business that serves more than 4,000 small, midsized and enterprise customers worldwide via an ecosystem of 400+ partners focused primarily on Canada and the US. It is a recognized leader in providing cloud-based email security solutions to the SMB market across North America, helping them block unwanted emails and combat cybercriminals.

The Solana Foundation has partnered with cryptocurrency exchanges, OKEx and MXC, to launch two strategic investment funds that will bring USD40 million of new capital to accelerate the growth and development of key projects in the Solana ecosystem.

Linking platform Linktree has raised USD45 million in a Series B funding round co-led by Index Ventures, an investor in Patreon and Discord, and Coatue, an investor in TikTok, with participation from returning investors AirTree Ventures and Insight Partners.
Coatue Chairman Dan Rose will join Linktree’s Board of Directors, bringing his 20 years of experience from Facebook and Amazon. The funding follows a USD10.7 million Series A round announced in October 2020.

Horizon Capital’s USD200 million fund, Emerging Europe Growth Fund III, has sold its minority stake in Dobrobut to existing shareholders – Oleg Kalashnikov, Dobrobut’s Managing Shareholder and CEO, and Concorde Capital.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Greenbriar Equity Group, LP today announced the final closing of Greenbriar Equity Fund V (Fund V) with total capital commitments of USD1.68 billion.
