Grand Rounds, a healthcare quality and clinical navigation company, has secured a USD175 million round led by investment funds affiliated with global investment firm The Carlyle Group.
The healthcare focused company will use the funds to accelerate clinical navigation and virtual primary care. Grand Rounds has raised over USD270 million to date.

Dawn Capital, a European venture capital fund dedicated to B2B software, has closed Dawn IV at the fund’s hard cap of EUR333 million/USD400 million.The fund was oversubscribed and closed within six months of launch, after receiving strong support from existing investors and attracting new investors from the US, Europe and Asia. The investors committing to the fund comprise leading institutional investors, including pension funds, endowment funds, fund of funds as well as family offices and high net-worth individuals.

Athennian, developers of a cloud-based legal entity management software, has secured an USD8 million Series A investment, led by Arthur Ventures, and a previously unannounced USD2 million seed financing round from Q3 2019, bringing the total level of funding to USD10 million.
