Middle market private equity firm One Equity Partners’ (OEP) portfolio company Orion Innovation (Orion) has completed the acquisition of Tekmark Global Solutions, an outsourced technology and telecom services firm.Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in Edison, NJ, Tekmark provides software engineering, quality engineering, telecom engineering, managed services, cyber security and data analytics. The Company’s experienced team of over 850 IT professionals will be deployed to Orion’s US-based delivery team.

Docupace, a maker of cloud-based wealth management software, has secured a significant growth equity investment from FTV Capital, a sector-focused growth equity investment firm.
This investment enables Docupace to expand its product and service offerings to its broker-dealer, registered investment adviser (RIA), and insurance firm customers, as well as with the financial advisors affiliated with these businesses.
Docupace also announced the appointment of David Knoch, former president of 1st Global, to the role of chief executive officer, effective immediately.
The investment and leadership FTV Capital brings to the company will help Docupace accelerate its client-centric initiatives of expanding its capabilities
Alternative investment manager Constitution Capital Partners, focused on North American private equity and private credit, has held a final close of Ironsides V at USD1 billion.
The fundraise is CCP’s largest to date, exceeding its target of USD600 million, an increase from predecessor Ironsides IV, which closed at USD755 million in December 2016.
“This latest fundraise is a testament to our team’s demonstrated track record of investing across market cycles and sectors,” said Daniel Cahill, CCP managing partner.
As with its predecessor fund, Ironsides V will focus on investments in primary funds with commitments between USD400 million to USD2 billion,
New York-based healthcare private equity firm Consonance Capital Partners has held a final close of Consonance Private Equity II at its USD856 million hardcap.
Fund II, which will focus on investments in US healthcare companies in the lower and middle markets, closed on 8 April 2020 at its hard cap in under three months from its initial close.
The fund received support from existing investors as well as from a select number of new limited partners.
Investors in the fund include insurers, endowments, foundations, family offices, asset managers, funds of funds, pension plans, and strategic healthcare providers in the US
ADM Capital, a Hong Kong-headquartered investment manager specialising in Asia Pacific credit and sustainable investment, has raised USD630 million in new assets, taking its total under management to USD2.4 billion.
These funds will be invested in the Asian private credit markets and will target mid-sized companies.

Moonfare, a European private equity and alternatives investment platform, has launched a top-tier US tech fund offering where individual investors and wealth managers can invest money into these funds for the first time.Moonfare has enabled its users access to another US tech fund after it was able to close Insight Partners’ Growth Equity fund within a week.
