100 Thieves has completed a USD35 million Series B funding round led by Artist Capital Management, a New York-based growth investment firm whose Chief Investment Officer, Josh Dienstag, is to join 100 Thieves’ Board of Directors.
The Series B also includes a new investment from Aglaé Ventures, the technology investment firm of Groupe Arnault, controlling shareholder of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH).

European mid-market private equity investor Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone) is to acquire Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services (Knowledge Services), a provider of bespoke research, analytics and automation technology to the financial services sector, from Moody’s Corporation.
Established in 2014 through the merger of the Moody’s subsidiaries Copal Partners and Amba Research, Knowledge Services provides various market-leading customised knowledge services, in domains such as investment banking, investment research, private equity & consulting and commercial lending. The business, headquartered in London and operating across nine delivery centres worldwide, employs a specialist workforce of subject matter experts working as an extension of clients’ teams.
WILsquare Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm, has held a final close on WILsquare Capital Partners Fund II, at USD190 million. The fund’s USD150 million target was significantly oversubscribed within three months of fundraising.

RA Capital Management (RA Capital) has held the first and final closing of its inaugural venture fund, RA Capital Nexus Fund (Nexus), at just over USD300 million, boosting RA Capital’s private deal capacity to nearly USD1 billion and total assets under management to approximately USD2.5 billion.
Nexus is expected to participate in substantially all investments in private companies made by RA Capital alongside its main, longstanding fund, RA Capital Healthcare Fund.

Gen II Fund Services is to acquire Quilvest Luxembourg Services (QLS) from Quilvest Private Equity with Quilvest remaining a client of Gen II.
QLS is a Quilvest affiliate based in Luxembourg providing Private Equity/Real Estate administration services and supporting over USD5 billion of assets. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. Upon closing QLS will change its name to Gen II Luxembourg Services.

Property agency Linley & Simpson has acquired the residential lettings and sales business of another leading independent agency in Yorkshire, Morgans.
The acquisition – completed for an undisclosed sum – is the eighth to take place since Linley & Simpson secured the backing of LDC, the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investor, in June 2018 to accelerate its growth plans.
The link-up adds more than 1,450 homes to the lettings portfolio of the agency – founded by Will Linley and Nick Simpson. It now stands at 8,000 properties across its 16 branches in North and West Yorkshire

Curve, a banking platform that consolidates multiple cards and accounts into one smart card and an app, has secured USD55 million from a leading group of investors as part of a successful Series B funding round, valuing the company at a quarter of a billion dollars.
The round is being led by Gauss Ventures, a fintech investor whose team has a track record of funding some of the brightest UK fintechs, as well as backing high impact technologies that reshape industries, and comes less than two years after Curve secured its Series A investment. The Series B round also welcomes
AppyParking, a kerbside management and mobility technology firm for local authorities and car park operators, has closed a GBP7.6 million Series A funding round.
The funding round includes new strategic investment from Hyundai Motor Corporation and Sumitomo Corporation. It was led by West Hill Capital, the London based venture capital firm, with participation from existing investors Aviva Ventures and Breed Reply. The investment brings AppyParking’s total funding since launch to over £11 million and will enable the company to accelerate product development, support domestic and international growth and continue to expand their talented team.
