Growth equity firm Frontier Capital (Frontier) has made a significant equity investment in Chicago-based GovQA, a leading provider of government enterprise workflow software.
The investment from Frontier is intended to support GovQA’s rollout of its Exchange Workflow Platform to government agencies across the country.

Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has funded manufacturer and supplier of homelifts, Stiltz Limited (Stiltz), with a GBP1 million loan facility from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF).
The debt package will allow the business to execute its growth plan; upgrade its internal system and IT infrastructure, invest in stock to meet growing customer demand in the UK and overseas for its products, whilst creating 16 new jobs in the region.

Alantra Private Debt has completed a new transaction from its latest fund with a long-term financing for Foodbox, a Spanish restaurant franchising platform with well known-brands such as Taberna del Volapié, Papizza, Santagloria, L´Obrador and MásQMenos.
This financing will help Foodbox to execute its growth plan by doubling its size. The company’s objective is to open between 30 and 40 new establishments per year.
An undisclosed Spanish bank has also participated in the transaction.

Pamplona Capital Management (Pamplona) has acquired a majority stake in Infiana Group (Infiana) from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) and from Infiana’s management.
Completion is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and the sale is expected to be closed within the next three months.

Mississippi Lime Company (Mississippi Lime), a global supplier of high-calcium lime products and a portfolio company of HBM Holdings (HBM), is to acquire the Calera, Alabama lime business of Covia, operating historically as Southern Lime.
The Calera business supplies high-calcium quicklime and hydrated lime products to customers in the Southeastern US, and across a range of end uses and applications. In operation for over 60 years, the facility has consistently evolved to meet customer needs and industry production best practices.

Inflexion Private Equity has completed an investment in O’Neill Patient Solicitors (ONP), a UK-based B2B tech‐enabled provider of property and remortgage conveyancing services.
The investment is being made by Inflexion Buyout Fund V, Inflexion’s dedicated mid‐market fund. As part of this investment, Inflexion Private Equity has also acquired Grindeys a specialist conveyancing business.
