The Riverside Company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its investment in Euromed Botanicals SA (Euromed) to Dermapharm Holding SE.   Barcelona-based Euromed provides standardised herbal extracts and natural active substances for the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement and cosmetic industries. The transaction is expected to close in the next few months upon receipt of antitrust approval.   Riverside invested in the company back in 2015. DIP Capital was established in February 2018 and focuses on investing in disruptive businesses. FundRock Management Company (FundRock) has completed the acquisition of SEB Fund Services (SEB FS) from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (SEB).   The deal was first announced on 22 May and has concluded following regulatory approval from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).   SEB FS is offering third party management company services to Nordic asset managers with Luxembourg-based investment funds. Camel-IDS, a VUB spin-off company developing cancer-targeted radio-pharmaceuticals, has secured EUR37 million in a Series A investment round led by V-Bio Ventures (Belgium) and Gimv (Belgium), joined by the co- lead investors HealthCap (Sweden), Novo Seeds (Denmark), Pontifax (Israel) and BioMedPartners (Switzerland). Jet Investment has closed its second fund Jet 2 with CZK4 billion in capital commitments from making it the largest private equity fund in the Czech Republic open to a broader range of investors.
