M/C Venture Partners, a venture capital firm focused exclusively on the communications, media, and information technology sectors, has appointed Lydia Jett and Matthew Saretsky as senior associate and associate to its investment team.
They will assist with investment sourcing and due diligence, and provide support to portfolio companies.

Jett’s (pictured) prior experience includes J. P. Morgan Securities, where she served in syndicated and leveraged finance as an analyst in media and technology; Goldman Sachs, where she was an analyst in the merchant banking division; and corporate development for Metro Goldwyn Mayer, where she provided analysis of the digital media landscape.
Saretsky comes to the firm from Citigroup’s mergers and acquisitions group in the investment banking division. As a financial analyst, he evaluated mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures and recapitalizations for corporate clients.
