International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has appointed Laurence R. Bronska and Andrew W. McCune as partners in the corporate department based in the Chicago office.
Bronska and McCune, formerly co-chairs of the Midwest private equity practice at DLA Piper, focus their practice on private equity transactions.

Bronska’s and McCune’s practice encompasses private equity and mezzanine investments, as well as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance and general corporate matters. They represent funded and unfunded private equity groups, management teams, publicly and privately held businesses and individual investors on a broad variety of domestic and international leveraged buyouts, non-control and growth equity investments, divestitures and acquisitions in diverse industries and market segments. They also advise investment principals on a range of formation, organisation and transition issues.
