Vicarius, developers of a fully autonomous end-to-end vulnerability remediation platform, has raised USD24 million in a Series A round led by AllegisCyber Capital, JVP, and AlleyCorp. Executives from Okta, SecurityScorecard, and Exabeam also providing capital. Founded by three security experts, Michael Assraf, Yossi Ze’evi and Roi Cohen, Vicarius equips IT and security teams with a fully automated and consolidated platform, TOPIA, to assess, prioritise, and remediate vulnerabilities in applications, assets, and operating systems.
RedTeam Software (RedTeam), a construction management software provider, has acquired paskr, a cloud-based construction management solution. In conjunction with the transaction, Braemont Capital and JettyCove are recapitalising RedTeam to support the acquisition and provide capital to fund growth and further platform innovation across their growing suite of products. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
ATL Partners (ATL) and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) are to sell Pilot Freight Services (Pilot), a global provider of end-to-end and last mile solutions specialising in big and bulky B2C and B2B freight, to AP Moller – Maersk (Maersk) for approximately USD1.7 billion. ATL and BCI acquired Pilot in 2016 after identifying a structural shortage in capacity required to meet the needs of shippers and consumers, which was created by the rapid secular growth in the big and bulky segment of e-commerce home delivery and installation.   ATL and BCI partnered with management to build Pilot from a family-owned
YPrime, a specialist in cloud-based eClinical solutions, has acquired Tryl, a software development company with a unique patient engagement solution that brings together beautiful design, dynamic personalisation, and applied behavioural science that is designed to boost engagement, reduce dropouts, and deliver outcomes in clinical trials. The acquisition includes the transfer of all staff, development capabilities, and intellectual properties to YPrime, and will integrate with YPrime’s Patient Engagement Technologies solutions.    Tryl’s tools provide an experience that is personalized, predictive, empathetic, and relative to the overall patient journey. Tryl’s proprietary engagement score is designed to reduce patient dropout rates. 
SUSI Partners, through SETF, has set up a platform for solar PV projects in Italy in partnership with a dedicated senior management team from an experienced clean energy developer. The platform was established in late 2021 and will see SUSI Partners working closely alongside the management team for the development and operation of utility-scale solar PV assets. Active investment manager Allianz Global Investors’ infrastructure debt platform, first launched in 2012, has reached EUR20 billion in cumulative investments. Nearly half a billion pounds (GBP480 million) was invested into businesses in Yorkshire and the North East by private capital firms in 2020, a new report has revealed. Sprinto, a compliance automation platform for fast growing SaaS companies, has raised USD10 million in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital with participation from Accel, and Blume Ventures. The funding will be used for team expansion across key functions and R&D to ensure long-term growth. Earlier, in January 2020, the company had raised USD1.5 million in seed funding from Blume Ventures.
