Global private equity firm Warburg Pincus has closed Warburg Pincus Asia Real Estate Fund with committed capital of USD2.8 billion, making it one of the largest ever first-time dedicated real estate funds globally and the second largest active opportunistic real estate fund in Asia. Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St Louis, has closed its first Continuation Fund capitalised by AlpInvest and a group of limited partners.
