Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, has received total client commitments of USD15 billion for its fourth private equity buyout programme. 
Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, has partnered with iCapital Network 1, to provide a customised technology, service, advisory and distribution solution for financial advisers and their high-net-worth clients seeking access to the NB Crossroads Private Markets Access Fund (Access Fund). Launched in January 2021, the Access Fund is a 1933 and 1940 Act registered, continually offered closed-end fund designed to provide increased access to private equity investments to a broader group of investors than traditional private equity funds. Illumina Ventures, an independently-managed, healthcare-focused venture firm, has closed its second investment fund with total commitments of USD325 million, bringing its total capital under management to USD560 million.  The latest fund is anchored by Illumina, Inc (Nasdaq: ILMN), with the majority of the total committed capital from other strategic and financial investors, including the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF). The fund will support early-stage companies that are pioneering breakthroughs in life science tools, clinical diagnostics, therapeutics platforms, digital health, and other applications of genomics. “Genomics and precision medicine are revolutionising the healthcare industry,” says Nick Naclerio, Illumina Ventures’ Founding Partner.
