Quantexa, the data and analytics software company pioneering Contextual Decision Intelligence (CDI), has raised USD153 million in Series D funding from Warburg Pincus and a growing group of blue-chip investors.
This latest fundraise follows an impressive year of 108 per cent growth for Quantexa during 2020/21, boosted by significant growth from new clients across geographies and industries.

Permira, a global private equity firm, has appointed Mark Garrett as a Senior Advisor, focusing on growth technology investments.
Garrett brings nearly 40 years of experience in technology, accounting and financial management, with a successful track record in executive leadership and transforming high-growth technology companies. He served most recently as Adobe’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he led the company’s worldwide finance, operations and corporate development activities. He helped guide Adobe through the fastest transition to a cloud-based subscription model among companies in the software industry.

Kinzie Capital Partners (Kinzie) portfolio company Colony Display has acquired Braeside Displays (Braeside), an independent point-of-purchase display manufacturer.
The transaction was completed in partnership with Braeside’s and Colony’s management.
Founded in 1975, Braeside specialises in the design, engineering and manufacturing of stock and custom point-of-purchase displays. Braeside’s expertise in plastics brings additional capabilities to Colony’s focus on wood and metal display manufacturing in servicing the home improvement and retail industries. Braeside’s President and CEO Nathan Kelly will join Colony as Senior Vice President of Customer Strategy and Development.
