Eurazeo has launched two investment vehicles designed for the European market. These two new Evergreen funds are specialised by asset class. Eurazeo Prime Income Credit (EPIC) – for private debt – and Eurazeo Prime Strategic Opportunities (EPSO) – for secondary private equity – are intended for distribution in several European countries, including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has exited its investment in DPP Limited (DPP), a specialist mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance contractor, through a sale to an undisclosed UK private company. The realisation has generated a return of between 2.1x and 2.5x cost for Maven client funds.
