FSN Capital Partners (FSN) has held the final closing of FSN Capital VI (Fund VI) at EUR1.8 billion. The fund was oversubscribed and closed above its original hard cap.
With the new fund, FSN has grown significantly since FSN Capital V closed in 2016 at SEK9.62 billion (EUR985 million). Fund VI will continue FSN’s proven investment strategy of targeting control buyout investments of mid-sized companies operating in Northern Europe.

Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing (AWHAP), a portfolio company of private equity firm Dubin Clark, has completed the acquisition of Temperature Control, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
AWHAP, headquartered in Valencia, California, is a leading in-home provider of water heater and plumbing services, including same-day water heater replacement, repair and installation of gas and electric water heaters, installation of tankless water heaters, and ancillary water heater and plumbing services. BGF has exited its investment in Cennox – a provider of services to the ATM sector. The business has been acquired by US-based investment firm, York Capital.
BGF first invested GBP3 million in Cennox in June 2012 and subsequently put in three follow-on rounds into the business, taking total investment to GBP17 million.

Clearlake Capital Group is to acquire Confluence Technologies (Confluence), a global software and data solutions provider helping the investment management industry solve complex data challenges, from TA Associates (TA).
